Ryan
O’Connor represents small businesses and individuals in disputes and in other
business needs. His experience includes
helping business owners set up new business entities and new business ventures,
and representing small businesses in legal disputes, including litigation.
Ryan has
significant experience in representing and advising clients regarding crop
insurance, including crop insurance coverage disputes.
Ryan
worked in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Cleveland Regional Office
(including an assignment to the Secretary’s Tiger Team Special Processing
Unit), and as a VA-Accredited Attorney he now represents veterans in relation to claims for VA benefits.
Ryan has
experience in representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums,
such as arbitration and mediation, and in administrative hearings.
Ryan is
admitted to practice in Ohio, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and in cases before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
